As a private jet broker, we focus largely on the business travelers and celebrities. As such, many of our most popular routes are flown between cities with large corporations and big businesses. Other popular routes, especially during the summer season and the holiday season is between these big business-oriented cities to the summery and get-away destinations. Here’s a list of some of our most common areas from where we depart and arrive, and some of the most popular routes from each of these places.
As Charterwind is headquartered in the Miami-Dade area, we have a lot of routes flying in and out of the Miami-Dade County. We are fortunate that there are a lot of smaller airports in this area – some of which are solely used for private jets. We mainly fly out of Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) and Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE). Many of the flights departing from these airports head towards the New York City area, local areas in some of the Southern states, or the Caribbean.
Another popular area where we fly in and out of is the Los Angeles area. There are countle
ss airfields in the Los Angeles district, but we commonly have flights out of Van Nuys Airport (VNY), Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) and the John Wayne International Airport (SNA). We charter flights frequently to the Las Vegas area from these airports. We also do a lot of chartering cross country: the Los Angeles area to the New York City area.
The main airport we use in the New York City area is the Teterboro Airport (TEB). It is conveniently located just 12 miles from Midtown, Manhattan. Some of our most popular routes from this airport include flights to Chicago’s Midway Airport (MDW), the Miami area, the Los Angeles area, as well as several local airports in both the U.S. and Canada. There also tend to be a lot of charter flights in and out of the New York area to European destinations, most notably the London, UK area and Paris, France.
The Las Vegas area is another popular destination for many of our flights. Aforementioned, the most common route is the Vegas to Los Angeles route, but other popular flights are to the New York city area, San Francisco and Phoenix. We fly all sorts of private jets, from the small 4-seater ones to the larger 11-seater planes. These tend to be most popular during the weekends and the holiday season.
Author’s note: this article merely states what some of our more popular routes are. This does not mean that we are limited to these routes. As we are a private jet broker, we can arrange flights from almost any two cities, both short flights and long flights.
